Sophie is a model, surfer, coldwater smimmer & writer. She grew up in N Devon and learned to surf as a child winning the British & English championships. Sophie recently moved to Western Ireland and set up a residential centre for cold water swimming and surfing. She is passionate about the environment, womens confidence and empowerment.
Alex was a well paid analyst in The City of London but gave up this lucrative career for more creative work co-hosting a podcast called Qmmunity aimed at the LBGTQ community. At school Alex enjoyed rugby but experienced extreme homophobia and was forced to give it up. Later he decided he missed team sports and has joined a gay inclusive rugby team.
